上款：「簫九」應為彭鳳高（1820-1889），字簫九，出自吳縣彭氏世家。道光廿六年（1847）舉人，官泌陽知縣，以剿捻有功，賞換花翎。為政十二邑，遊宦四十年，有政聲。精研詞樂，有〈詞削〉、〈卷樓詩鈔〉等叢稿傳世。
