翠鋪心事，紅樓歡宴，深夜沉沉無暑。竹邊荷外再相逢，又還逐，浮雲飛去。錦牋尚濕，珠香未歇，空惹閑愁千縷。尋思不似鵲（橋）人，猶自得，一年一度。
宋人章謙亨〈鵲橋仙〉。奪橋字。大千張爰。

鈐印：「張季」、「三千大千」、「張爰」、「大千大利」。

藏印：「南海吳朝樞珎藏」、「朝樞珎藏」。

南洋著名收藏家吳朝樞舊藏。吳氏，祖籍廣東南海，乃吳榮光之後。早歲受教育於怡保，曾任職於國民政府駐新加坡大使館。抗戰期間，赴中國參與飛虎隊，勝利後返回怡保工作。他嗜畫，往訪南洋之書畫家如徐悲鴻得其接待，趙少昂等亦有過從，屢獲寫贈作品。

-Signs of restoration can be found on the painting leaf, where there appears to be paper tear on the right and paper crack at the left of the scholar. Paper cracks can be found on the right of the scholar and on the left of the lower side on the painting leaf, and on the right of the lower side of the calligraphy leaf, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair to good condition.
