上款：「斗文」即韓斗文（1903-1981），嘉定南翔人，滬上實業家。他嗜藝，好收藏，活躍於江浙藝壇，藏品多具藝壇碩儒題跋，與杭州「高氏三傑」之高時豐、高時顯、高絡園尤為交好。本幅另面即由高存道子其邁（1905-1966）寫梅。
