上款：「翰珍」即陳香貽（ 1897-1996），以字行，四川自貢人。早歲於蓉、寧、京等地學府研習農科。一九二五年加入中國青年黨，翌年創辦「北京書店」支援其文宣工作。歷任北平、重慶市，及四川省黨部主席。四六年當選制憲國大代表，次年當選監察委員。四九年隨國府去台，任青年黨副主席，並續任監察委員。晚年自組「青年中國黨」，被推舉為主席。

註：本幅乃畫家寫賀陳翰珍八旬壽誕，畫中靈芝壽石，復補蘭竹，寓壽上添壽之意，並鈐祝壽常用之「以介眉壽」朱文方印。稱曰「鄉長兄」，蓋兩人同籍四川。其著作〈怡園拾趣〉，亦由大千親署書名。
