This attractive jade fang ding is in good condition, but has some minor nicks to the rim.

本玉器器形雄渾，配細琢饕餮紋，增添神采，並彰顯玉質通透瑩亮，色澤均勻。本玉雕仿商代晚期及西周青銅方鼎而製，展示乾隆年間玉匠巧思，取高古工藝，施於迥異材質，迎合乾隆皇帝品味。
三藩市亞洲藝術博物館收藏一例，尺寸稍大，圖載於René-Yvon Lefebvre d’Argencé，《Chinese Jades in the Avery Brunda💦ge Collection》，東京，1977年，圖版 LIII；另一例出自Marcia Israel收藏，曾展於《Chinese Jade from Southern California Collections》ജ，洛杉磯郡立美術館，洛杉磯，1977年，編號45；另一例出自Tschao Itao收藏，售於巴黎蘇富比2016年12月15日，編號154。
