於1986年首次發行的3970型號為極受藏家推祟備致的2499型號的繼承錶款，兩款型號主要分別在於3時位置的閏年顯示小錶盤，以及9時位置的24小時顯示小錶盤。3970型號已於2004年停產。

3970E（E代表Etanche防水）型號腕錶分別備有黃金、白金及粉紅金及鉑金材質。鉑金材質錶款備有三種錶盤以供選擇，分🉐別為銀色錶盤配條狀時標、黑色錶盤配條狀時標以及黑色錶盤配鑲鑽石時標。鑲鑽石錶盤配備10顆圓形鑽石，12時位置備1顆長形鑽石，設計剛毅硬朗，彰顯含蓄雅致之美。
