Some heavier oxidation to the pink gold case bands. Some separation between the case back and case. Light scuffing overall. Dial in fair condition with light oxidation and markings overall. Until 1955, Vacheron Constantin’s timeline was misunderstood to have begun with Abraham Vacheron in 1785. The present lot is signed and printed with Jubilé, to celebrate their supposed 150^th anniversary in 1935. Today, we celebrate Vacheron Constantin’s uninterrupted history dating back to 1775. The present lot is a peculiar example of Vacheron’s previously unknown historical timeline.
