Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 89388, stating that one hundred and eighteen rubies and pink sapphires estimated me weigh a total of approximately 160 carats, measuring from approximately 6.05 x 4.40 x 2.35mm to approximately 8.90 x 7.00 x 4.35mm, are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, one with indications of heating and one synthetic stone.

Each piece with partial maker's mark, stamped Au 585 for 14 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Rubies and pink sapphires well matched in colour, pinkish red to purplish red, red and pink of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, small scratches, abrasions and nicks, one ruby found to be synthetic. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 60.00 - 70.00 carats, on average H-J colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 247 grams.
