In good condition, with light wear and small areas of discoloration to the mounting commensurate with age. Caseback and case interior with Swiss assay mark for platinum. This mark was used from 1914 - 1934, dating the piece to this period. The case interior numbered 390601-093; also with workshop mark RT and inscribed "Platine" for platinum. The near colorless diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 1.00 carat, are bright and lively. The synthetic rubies are a vivid slightly purplish red color, eye-clean. The onyx is in good condition. The round emerald eye is a medium green color, of decorative quality. The jade sphere is a translucent light slightly yellowish green color. A latch on the side allows the wings to open, revealing the watch dial. The dial is inverted, allowing the time to be read when worn around the neck. Watch crystal with a few small scratches. Mechanical movement, watch is in running condition at the time of cataloguing. Please note the important notice on page 209 of the catalogue regarding the condition of watches.
