In very good condition particularly considering the age of the piece, with evidence of discoloration and wear mainly on the reverse. Signed Wiese, with signature and maker's mark located on reverse of 4th link from the male end of the clasp. Tests as 18 karat gold. Nice detailing and workmanship throughout. Width of bracelet approximately 5/8 of an inch, gross weight approximately 34 dwts. Circa mid-19th century. According to the consignor, this piece has been in the family for approximately 100 years.
