the translucent white stone of rectangular section and surmounted by a finial skilfully worked in the form of a crouching dog, the stylised tail with a bifucated end, the seal face with a five-character inscription

The seal is in overall good condition. There is light pitting to the stone which has possibly been lightly polished.
