Each leaf of the folio with expected embrittlement and tears and folds at the edges; five of the leaves with sides deliberately folded-back for framing. Most sheets with some water damage at the sides, expressed as a yellowish color, including some with red dye that bled from the cover. The cover with broken binding, stains, tattered edges, and the lining paper detaching in some areas. Some pages with punctuation and minor annotations written in pencil.
