the recumbent bird with its neck turning back over its high shoulders, its head resting on the right wing, the bird's back with two recessions for water and ink cupped by the finely carved wings and tail, the variegated stone with ivory, tan, brown, and black tones

Condition
The jade bird with scattered fissures; the fissure at the tail has an associated chip. An approx. 4-mm chip to the underside edge of the left wing with an associated fissure. Minor bruises to the underside. Minor expected wear to the surface and edges.
