The jar and cover are in overall good condition with only minor frits to the rims, a few scratches (particularly to the shoulder), minor expected wear to the surfaces and footring, and minor manufacturing imperfections (particularly scattered small burst glaze bubbles). The glaze is deeper in tonality than in the catalog illustration.
