In overall reasonable restored condition. Small losses and chips to carved detail and ripple mouldings, notably to base and frieze decoration. Some restored/reattached and re-carved elements to carved details. Movement to ebony and rosewood veneers and some replacements, notable to sides. Surface re-polished and with variation to colour. Drawers lacking stoppers. Feet probably later. Lock possibly replaced. Oak boards to shelves with movement and some replacements. With minor old marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. An imposing and impressive piece that will need professional assistance with assembly.
