The case of scrolled design, the hinged lid partially pavé-set with single-cut diamonds, opening to reveal a round dial in white enamel with Arabic numeral indicators at 3, 6, 9 and 12, with blackened steel hands, to a fancy link bracelet, quartz movement, length approximately 180mm, dial signed Universal Genève, reverse inscribed Création pour Gobbi Milano, Swiss assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Please note that this watch was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Quartz movement not running at the time of cataloguing. Dial signed Universal Genève, reverse inscribed Création pour Gobbi Milano, Swiss assay marks for 18 carat gold and maker's marks. Dial with light scratches and some loss of colour to dot hour marks. Hinge in good working order. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.40-0.60 carats. Metal surfaces with scratches, areas of discolouration around clasp. Clasp closes securely. Total gross weight approximately 69.5 grams. Overall condition good.
