Brooch bar and pin with Dutch assay mark for 583 standard gold, pin with additional maker's mark H&G. Pearl white, with green and rosé overtones, good lustre, ovoid, of slightly bouton shape, with areas of banding and pitting to nacre, one larger pit to reverse just visible behind mounting. Diamond eyes bright and lively. Pin fitting secure. Overall dimensions approximately 64 x 38mm. In good Light scratches to metal and nacre surfaces consistent with wear. Gross weight approximately 11 grams. In good condition.
