Clasp signed Bulgari, 750 for 18 carat gold and Italy. Reveres of coins signed IMPERO ROMANO GORDIANO III PIO 238-244AD ANTONIANO. Scratches throughout. Normal signs of wear. Overall condition good. Gross weight approximately 251 grams.
