the steep rounded sides rising from a splayed foot to a flaring rim, the interior central medallion with a carp emerging from swirling waves beneath a colourful sun, the cavetto with four horses frolicking above cresting waves between bands of scrolls, the exterior with the 'Three Friends of Winter,' all against a blue ground, the base with a red lotus surrounded by scrolled clouds
Condition
This bowl is in overall good condition with characteristic pitting to the enamel, minor enamel flakes, and light rubbing to the gilding.
