with a milky blue, purlish and brown glaze, on square and rectangular bases
Condition
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. There are the inevitable minor dents, marks ans scratches due to age and use. There are some minor surface scratches to the glaze, especially to the tallest toad. The right hand side back foot of one toad is restored. There are some minute restorations and chips to the extremity of both toads' claws. There are two restored chips to the corners of the bases. The gilding of the bases is in good overall condition.
