Condition
The bust: the illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. There are the inevitable minute dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There is one restoration under the neck (approx. 0,8 x 0,5 cm.). There is a minute chip to the nose. The column :The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition. There are the inevitable minute dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There is one minor restoration to the ivory on the lower part of the fluted elements (approx. 1 x 0,4 cm.). One corner of the middle square element between the fluted part and the lignum vitae wood square base has been broken and restored. There are natural minor cracks to the ivory, especially to the lower square base. Very elegant object. The candlesticks : Good overall condition. There are the inevitable minute dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There is the trace of an ancient label under one base.
