The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition despite the inevitable minor scratches and marks due to age and use. The leather is later and in good condition. The ends of the feet have been replaced and this restauration is only visible on close examination. The stretcher has been restored. A few minor restorations to the carving throughout. The seatrail is reinforced with two later additional wooden blocks at the back of the front legs, only visible when you flip the armchair The construction is now solid and sound and it is ready to use.Very rare model.
