Condition
The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. There are the inevitable dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are rubbed areas and chips to the gilding and to the blue painting revealing the wood underneath to some places. There are old woodworm traces.The seatrail has been reinforced with four wooden blocks. There are cracks to the top of three feet which are loose. There are some minor losses to the carved scrolls and leaves elements of the frieze. There is one horizontal crack to the lacquered top. There are liftings and chips to the lacquered top. Very elegant table, nice design.
