Condition
The canvas is lined. Inspection under UV light reveals an irregular varnish resulting in uneven fluorescence. However, there do not appear to be any signs of retouching visible under UV light. There are scattered lines of stable craquelure throughout the canvas, most notably to the blue and white pigments. There are small fly spots and spots of dirt in places. There is some minor frame abrasion visible to the edges. This work appears to be in overall good condition.
