Condition
The canvas has been strip-lined, and inspection under UV light reveals some minor scattered spots of retouching to the edges. There is a further larger area of retouching to the left of the lower edge, measuring approximately 15cm in length. There is shrinkage to the tree at the centre of the composition and further minor shrinkage to the tree at the left of the composition and the roof of the house. This work is overall in good condition.
