The canvas is not lined and examination under UV light appears to show no signs of retouching. An area of fluorescence is visible towards the centre of the right edge which probably pertains to an uneven varnish. There are two pinholes to the left part of the upper edge. There are some small flecks of pigment loss to the lower right and upper left corners and there are two very minor scratches to the paint surface on the model's hair and above her head. This work is in overall very good condition.
