The sheet is loose in the frame. There are remnants of previous adhesive tape in two places, to both the left and right edges, only visible on the reverse. There is some very minor cockling to the upper edge and to the right edge, not visible in the present frame. There is some very minor undulation to the left edge of the sheet. There is a very minor and historic tear to the upper edge, towards the left corner, not visible in the present frame. There is a very fine pattern of craquelure in the white pigment in the monument to the left of centre, only visible upon very close inspection. There may be some very minor fading to the pigments. There are one or two small flecks of foxing and minor staining, only visible to the reverse of the sheet. This excepting the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
