The board appears to be stable. There appear to be a couple of very small historic scuffs to the left boxer's proper right shoulder, with further smaller scuffs to the right glove, below his armpit, as well as to the face of a spectator towards the right edge in the centre. There is some studio detritus and matter within the paint throughout, thought to be in keeping with the Artist's working methods. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence of retouching.
