Condition
In excellent condition, no apparent wear to the metalwork. Stamped PT950 and 750 for 18 karat gold. The emerald has a very slightly bluish green color, medium tone, and strong saturation; the degree of clarity is high with scattered minute inclusions subtly eye visible at some angles; there are a few minute surface-reaching fractures confined to the crown/girdle; cut proportions are very good. Accompanied by AGL report no. 1088904 stating that the emerald is of Classic Colombian origin, clarity inhancement: insignificant, type: traditional. Together with a booklet from AGL stating that its "size, high clarity, refined cutting and superior color converge to make a gem of unique rarity."
