This photograph, on double-weight paper with a surface sheen, is in generally very good condition. There is an approximately 4-1/2-inch sharp crease in the lower right quadrant which does not appear to break the emulsion. When examined in high raking light, the following are visible: minor surface scratches and scuffs, mostly in the lower portion of the image, and crescent-shaped handling creases. There is very minor soiling on the reverse and the extreme edges are faintly age-darkened. 'B/T' and 'B 9/9' are written in an unidentified hand in pencil on the reverse near the archive stamp.
