The complete set, comprising 80 etchings with aquatint, drypoint and engraving, circa 1878, on wove paper, very good impressions from the Fourth Edition, bound in vellum boards
Condition
The images in good condition, with foxing and staining to varying degrees in the margins, sheets 1-39 discolored, Plate 39 onwards only with light foxing, a 9 cm tear on Plate 21 backed with tape, a 11cm tear extending into the subject on Plate 49, a small split at the top edge of Plate 54, blue and red staining on Plate 65 affecting Plate 64 verso, bound in vellum boards with embossed label reading 'Album'.
