4° (192x139 mm.), frontespizio in elaborata cornice xilografica illustrata, illustrazione xilografica a piena pagina sul verso del frontespizio (probabile stemma dell’autore), grande marca (K150) al colophon, iniziali xilografiche, legatura a cinque nervi in pelle coeva (restauro al dorso) marrone scuro decorata con molteplici cornici a secco sui piatti, interno delle controguardie formate da frammenti di manoscritto in scrittura gotica, tagli blu, esemplare fresco, lievissime bruniture sulle prime carte, margini rifilati, dorso sostituito e segni di restauro ai piatti e sulla legatura, manca ultimo fascicolo presente in alcuni esemplari

Rara edizione di questo allegorico trattato in tre parti sul passato e presente di Roma e dell’Italia. Contiene argomenti di tipo topografico, cosmografico e geografico; include inoltre una visione onirica del Paradiso e un dialogo tra l’autore e Catone il Censore. A carta L1v contiene un passo in cui viene trattato il "Mundus novus", l’America. In alcuni esemplari risulta un ultimo fascicolo di 4 carte con l’Epistola de Aceri amoribus dello stesso autore e con proprio colophon, che manca al presente esemplare.
