Designed as a pair of hearts beneath a crown motif, composed of two foil backed pear-shaped rose-cut diamonds, framed and topped with rose-cut diamonds, with French import and Dutch assay marks; circa 19th century, pinstem and pendant hook may be later added.

In good condition, with minor wear and discoloration to the mounting commensurate with age. Mounted in silver and gold. The upper tip of the crown may once have been set with a diamond, now missing. Pin stamped with Dutch assay mark for 14 karat gold, the hinged pendant loop with French import marks for silver. The diamonds are near colorless and of decorative quality. Pendant loop is hinged. Overall dimensions approximately 1⅛ x 1 inch.
