Overall in very good condition consistent with age and gentle use. The surfaces with minor scuffs and surface scratches throughout. The central sliding surfaces present with minor surface scratches and multiple circular shallow indentations from where the adjustable easel mounts were locked into place. The rear edge of the upper adjustable mount without the lamp with two hairline cracks measuring approximately 8 x 1/2 in. and 13 x 1/2 in. which have been professional and sensitively restored and appear stable. The same mount rests at a slightly downward facing angle. The other upper adjustable mount has had a later lamp and two brackets installed at some point as visible in the printed and online catalogs. The upper surface of the base at each corner with hairline cracks running inwards from width wide edges which have been professionally and sensitively restored. The lower curved surfaces of the base present with minor seam separations and hairline cracks consistent with age, appear stable and are not visually disruptive. Overall a highly functional piece that presents very well overall.
