Twenty-one issues, all published. The contents pages are annotated with initials in pencil of those on the expedition who contributed. The annotations are likely by William Harvey Hooper (see provenance).
"A weekly newspaper established by Parry's crew in 1819-20, "to enliven the tedious and inactive months of winter" in the Arctic region. It is an amusing collection of poems, songs, humorous essays, etc." (Sabin).
