Maroquin rouge, triple filet en encadrement, dos à nerfs orné de filets et fleurons à motifs floraux, roulette dorée intérieure, tranches dorées (Reliure de l'époque).Habiles restaurations (mors, charnières et coins), quelques petites taches à la reliure. Le "Molière de Boucher" : la plus célèbre édition illustrée de Molière et le chef-d'œuvre de François Boucher. Elle contient un portrait de Molière par Coypel gravé par Lépicié, un fleuron de titre répété sur chaque volume, 33 planches hors texte d'après Boucher gravées par Laurent Cars, et 198 vignettes et culs-de-lampe par Boucher, Blondel et Oppenord, gravés par Joullain et Laurent Cars. Édition imprimée sur papier vergé avec le texte établi sur la base des ouvrages imprimés du vivant de Molière et revu par Marc-Antoine Joly, avec une biographie par le censeur royal Jean Louis Ignace de La Serre. Exemplaire de premier tirage avec la faute, tome 6, p. 360, Comteese au lieu de Comtesse. Bel exemplaire en maroquin rouge de l'époque, très rare en si belle condition.
