Unique roman et chef-d'œuvre d'Oscar Wilde. Édition originale. Un des 250 exemplaires sur papier de Hollande Van Gelder filigrané (n° 136), seul tirage de luxe.Ces exemplaires de luxe sont signés par Oscar Wilde. Le décor du cartonnage, semé de 55 papillons stylisés en pyramide inversée, a été dessiné par le peintre et collectionneur britannique Charles Ricketts.
