Bollinger Grande Année 2000 OWC within its original cartonDrunk from magnum before my '20 Years at Sotheby's Dinner'. It would be difficult to find anything that gave me more pleasure. It has that glorious 'salty' nose of pure, classic Bolly - so mineral and 'maritime'. A blast of fruit on the palate, just so classy and refined and yet also imposing.
