In good condition, especially given the age of the piece, with light scratches and nicks to the mounting not noticeable when worn. Mounting tests as platinum. The star sapphires, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 44.00 carats, are medium light to light slightly violetish blue, a couple with small darks inclusions to the side, with medium strong to medium weak asterism. The diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 10.50 carats, are approximately G-I color, predominately VS clarity with a few SI examples. Width measures from approximately ⅜ to ¾ inch.
