The Lange 1 stands as a modern icon of watchmaking, among the first four timepieces introduced when the A. Lange & Söhne brand was relaunched in 1994. It boasts an asymmetric yet harmoniously balanced dial, integrating a sub-seconds display, power reserve indicator, and the trademark outsize date window. The present mod💯el, known as the "Little Lange 1", features a 36mm case size, slightly smꦍaller than its 38.5mm sibling.
Moreover, our 🎐featured watch is nicknamed the 'Little Darth'. This moniker stems from its black dial with applied platinum finishes, along with black date discs bearing white Arial numerals, a rarity among Lange 1 models. The reference 101.025 was in production for only one year (1998-1999), and it is believed that fewer than 100 of these were made during that period. Complete with its boxes and papers, this timepiece is an ele⛦gant collector’s piece from the early years of Lange’s resurgence.
