釋文：至正五年(1345꧒) 三月八日，素先生來林下，瓚乃賦詩曰：吳松江水春映空，浪波沄沄霞影紅。耕田鑿井居其右，令我長懷甫裏翁。夢見維舟江畔柳，剝🐠啄敲門散杯酒。整冠起接平生歡，石徑蘭芳重攜手。倪瓚記。

題跋：

(一)遠山含淡煙，古木疎延日。亭廬寂無人，秋光自蕭瑟。句曲外史張雨題。鈐印：張雨私印

(二)雲林八法寫倪迂，夏木幽亭翠幾株。雨後長洲正如此，崎嶇山色又何如。清河張適。鈐印：清河伯子

(三)舊為宜興吳大本物，今歸於余子姓，宜珍藏之。嘉靖丁亥(1527) 秋日徵明記。鈐印：徵明、停雲
