A silver-gi🅺lt beaker in𓆉 tulip form, Johann Jacob Ehrlen, Strasburg, circa 1742 

with oval tapering fluted section, resting on a gadrooned spreading foot, the lower part of the body applied with lance-shaped leaves, alternating with engraved valances of interlacing foliage, beneath the border engraved with lanceolate leaves on a matted ground, the body engraved with the mirroir monogram LM and under the base engraved with the date 1742
