Two Roman Gold Rings
circa 1st Century B.C/ 3rd Century A.D.
one with broad hoop and raised oval bezel embraced by a lotus flower design, the other of simple form with high oval bezel set with a carnelian intaglio finely carved with the head of Herme💛s facing left.
Widths 3.9 cm. and 2 cm.
