Each model in this series sh🌞owcases a meticulously hand-painted Grand Feu enamel rendition of renowned paintings, including masterworks by luminaries such as Renoir, Klimt, Botticelli, Ingres, and even a scene from the Kama Sutra.🅠 The present lot is numbered 3/3, adorned with Jean Auguste-Dominique Ingres's illustrious composition, "The Turkish Bath," encased in platinum. 

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s iconic Reverso was initially created as a solution to protecting the crystal of a watch from the rigors of a polo field. It allowed the players to turn or ‘reverse’ the dial side to the back so that the glass could not get smashed. The ingenious reversible design of the Reverso not only shielded the dial but also offered a multitude of personalization options on its empty case back. In contrast, the Reverso à Éclipses elevates this tradition. Here, the enchanting enamel artwork graces the dial, concealed behind a unique rolling shutter mechanism. While retaining the hallmark swivel case functionality, this mecha💙nism affords the wearer three distinct perspectives of the exquisitely hand-painted dial.
